AUDIENCE: Law enforcement
This presentation will focus on protection from abuse (PFA) and protection from stalking (PFS) orders including who can get them and how they are enforced. Participants will learn about what victims they encounter may qualify for a protection order, what constitutes a violation of a protection order, and when a violation may also be felony level stalking. Area service providers will also be available to discuss community resources.
