This training will provide an overview of Title IX regulations as it relates to sexual assault on college campuses, as well as comprehensive safety planning for student victims. This training will outline the difference between campus no contact orders and civil protection orders. A brief overview of the new Protection from Stalking or Sexual Assault order will be provided.
