Stephine Bowman is the Staff Attorney at the Kansas Coalition Against Sexual and Domestic Violence (KCSDV). Previously, Stephine served as the Protection Order Project Attorney for KCSDV. She has provided training on a variety of issues relating to domestic and sexual violence and stalking for victim advocates, attorneys, prosecutors, law enforcement, and other professionals.
