For KCSDV member program shelter managers only.

This is not a training, but rather an opportunity for advocates who oversee shelter operations
to network and discuss challenges they may face in their day-to-day duties.

No-shows and cancellations made less than
72 hours before the event will be assessed the registration fee.

Meeting Topics:

• Meeting the needs of survivors in a shelter environment
• Managing the dynamics of community living
• Multitasking between direct service and administrative duties
• Challenges with personality conflict
• Addressing issues related to self-care

Other topics to be decided by attendees. Attendees will also have the opportunity to generate ideas and strategies to address these issues and challenges.
