PEER SHARING CALL SERIES: Kansas SANE Coordinators 3-Part Series
Audience: Kansas Sexual Assault Forensic Nurse Examiners (SANE) and Forensic Nurse Examiner (FNE) Coordinators
Sponsored by:
The Kansas Coalition Against Sexual and Domestic Violence (KCSDV) SANE/SART Project is hosting a peer sharing call series for Kansas SANE/FNE coordinators to provide an open-forum opportunity to connect with your peers. During this time of social and physical distancing, staying connected is just as critical as our services provided to the community as we continue to build networks of care. We are looking forward to hearing directly from SANEs across the state!
These peer sharing calls will provide an opportunity to share any impact your SANE/FNE program has experienced due to change in operations as a response to COVID-19, in addition to exploring options and sharing recommendations for individual self-care. This platform will also provide the opportunity to share national recommendations and resources specific to healthcare, forensic nursing, and community-based advocacy during forensic exams.
The goal of this call is to provide a place for SANEs to join and share any challenges and successes they have had while navigating through this unprecedented time.
